Faux Flowers in Window Boxes? Here’s How To Recreate These Inspo Pics!

Table of Contents

Have you ever been driving and look over to see the most whimsical, happy house overflowing with growth and color and life, all to notice that the home has flower-window-boxes?! Well I have! But even better, what if you could have those same window boxes with flowers that never died? What if they required absolutely no maintenance? The answer is: Faux flowers in window boxes!!

While daydreaming about this idea, I kept wondering how some homes kept their flowers alive year-round? I know with my brown thumb, one vacation or a couple busy days and I could easily let my flowers die.

Could it be that these homes were using faux flowers in their window boxes? No! I literally gasped and smiled all at the same time. I had envied homes’ abilities to have a bountiful curb appeal while never realizing that they may be cheating the system too, with faux flowers.

The Quintessential Happy Overflowing Window Box (With Faux Flowers!)

When I was looking through inspiration photos, this one immediately caught my eye. Isn’t this what we all think of when it comes to window boxes? Many colors, overflowing elements, large hydrangea flowers mixed with multiple smaller flowers. It has all the feels 😉

And the best part of this picture, YOU CAN BUY THIS EXACT THING! This picture depicts three small, purchasable clusters of faux florals specifically designed as “window box filler.” Could there be anything better?

This is your one-and-done ticket to beautiful curb appeal!

This window may just be one of my favorites. It’s one of the more distinctive and unique window boxes designs I’ve ever seen.

I’m also surprised I love it so much because it lacks vibrant floral colors. But it doesn’t lack personality!
