FABRIC QUALITY: Seemingly lower quality fabric that doesn’t wear well for a long term investment, past 3-4 years. ** Keep in mind, some of the nicest and most expensive sofas may wear down equally as fast as this time frame. However, there is a “Nomad” fabric that is made for pets and is made to be scratch resistant. This has gotten positive reviews for the respective pet owner!
2. COMFORT: A stiffer “sit” and cushion for the sofa instead of a soft cushion that you sink into. This can be a matter of preference where some people may actually see this as having better support and a cushion that won’t sag over time.
3. Modular Design Can Be Hard To Put Together: The parts are supposed to click together. At times, this has proven hard for the everyday consumer.

2. Fabric: The “Quartz White” fabric arrives as the most beautiful! Yet, IT IS NOT STAIN REPELLANT. The details on the fabric say Dry Clean Only. This is quite different than performance fabric. So don’t assume that all beautiful white fabric is performance. This surprises me, since places like Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn and Ballard have incredible bragging rights to how well their performance fabric can resist staining.
3. Wear and Tear: After just a few months, clients reported that the fabric pilled quite a bit and showed a lot of wear and tear. And after spending a few thousand dollars
4. Price: The sectional sofa prices range from $1900-$4200.

This Article sofa is such a stunner in this office space! A good friend of mine has this same sofa, but not in the sectional. The user reviews on this range from very pleased 5-star to 3-star.

COMFORT Burrow : The cushions are very angular and flat. The style of “sit” on these sofas is firm and very supportive. Although this may seem like a downside, it is also a personal taste. A firmer sofa looks brand new over time whereas a softer sofa will show sunken marks over time.
