Table of Contents

Benjamin Moore ‘Quiet Moments’ is a versatile and soothing blue-grey paint color that is also sometimes blue-green. Rather than being stressed at the multi-faceted nature of this sophisticated color, it is much more fun to embrace its diverse qualities!

I have included pictures of this exact paint color, in multiple settings to help you decide if this is one of the right options for you to try!

This tone-on-tone bedroom is an example where Quiet Moments is blue that also carries green-tones. This whole bedroom is so exciting. The drapery panels are just a shade darker than the walls. The headboard is more of a deeper sea-foam green. Gold, wood and white accents pair perfectly in this room with this color-scheme.

This vanity is the perfect neutral blue with hints of grey in it. It’s not too loud and its very soothing for bathroom-vibes. Secondly, it looks great with a white quartz counter and brighter white walls.

Similar to the name, Benjamin Moore ‘Quiet Moments’ is a great additional to a bathroom wall to create a serene setting. It is deep enough to add a punch of color but soft enough to not be overwhelming.

In this picture, the contrast and depth of color appears to be a bit darker than we see it in other settings. This can be typical with different lighting, or just how the photo was edited. Always try a sample in your space first and look at it during the daytime and at night in can-light lighting.

This is the most pleasant pop of color in a kitchen setting that could be completely neutral. It’s one more thing to catch your eye but it’s so soft. And thus, it works well with a variety of other finishes and textures.

For additional information and exact examples of interior door paint colors, I have written an article on that here!

Master Bedroom Wall Color in Quiet Moments By Benjamin Moore

Ok, I triple-verified that this is the exact wall color for this room. But if you’re like me, you may be thinking that this looks closer to a “Robins-egg blue.” And that is not quite typical of ‘Quiet moments’ paint color. This wall color does look much more pure-blue than it does blue-green. Lighting can play such tricks on colors! Nevertheless, this room is so stunning!

A more accurate depiction of this color seems to be in this primary bedroom. However, the main difference we are seeing between this bedroom and the previous bedroom is that the headboard-wall is back-lit by these two windows. That element of shadow casts the paint color in a darker light.

Here is a third bedroom with Quiet Moments wall color. Here, the wall-color pulls some earthy green (or a warmth) into the sophisticated blue hue. This room is surrounded by white walls and bedding. But perhaps, the blonde wood floor is casting a certain reflection to it.

Oftentimes dining room furniture can be all neutral. So, adding a blue wall color like ‘Quiet Moments’ can immediately lift a space and even sometimes add a beachy vibe to an otherwise neutral space.

If you are looking for a shade slightly darker than this, Benjamin Moore ‘Beach Glass is the next color down (deeper) on the color swatch. And BM ‘Healing Aloe’ is a similar paint color that is slightly lighter than ‘Quiet Moments.’

This concludes our review of this amazing color. I hope some of these examples have helped you gain insight into the paint color option!
